The UK regulatory body has issued fines to a number of American and other sites, but I'm not aware of any paying up as yet.
However, you can't deny that probably hundreds of non-UK porn sites have already either blocked UK IPs or installed age verification for UK visitors.

Itīs such a ridiculous situation & the government is obviously trying to finalise the ban of porn in all directions.
How they can ban something that happens & is legal in reality is beyond me
