The aim of the radical feminists and Muslims who control the UK is to effectively ban fakecest porn worldwide through fear of legal action, now that it's established that the UK has extraterritorial jurisdiction over the rest of the world when it comes to online content.
And the ultimate aim is probably to make publishing porn so legally risky that it becomes almost impossible.
I've already noticed less "choking" porn since the UK made it illegal and several tube non-UK sites appear to have removed it allogether.
They may have overplayed their hand with this though as the "step" niche is so large it affects almost every single large porn site. In other words, foreign webmasters will simply learn to ignore the UK as it's simply impossible to comply with all their latest fatwahs.
