Most of us just have low testosterone. Which makes life “blah”. Go to sleep by 9 PM and wake up at 4 AM. Watch the sunrise and sunset . Eat plenty of grass fed red and game meat. Supplement with natural testosterone boosters..Lift weights or just buy a couple kettle bells. Get out in nature almost daily. Never eat processed food. Detox detox detox constantly with hot baths of pure water and epson salt, sea salt, baking soda, etc.. there is a good reason why people have been drawn to places like the Dead Sea and all sorts of hot springs around the world for thousands of years believing it heals them..
