Traffic / Affiliate Guy

You know the networks. CrakRevenue, ExoClick, TrafficJunky, whatever, you've worked them, you have contacts, you know how to negotiate a deal and you know the difference between traffic that converts and traffic that just looks pretty in a dashboard. You'd own our affiliate program end to end. Recruiting partners, managing payouts, finding new sources, killing the ones that don't perform.

Funnel / CRO

Someone who's actually built adult funnels before. Landing pages, paywalls, free-to-paid flows. We're subscription-based so the conversion path matters a lot. Mobile-heavy user base (mostly iOS) so you need to think that way. Preferably have experience with segmented funnels. For example: if the traffic source comes from facebook, you would have a specific funnel, if they came from a pornsite that targets males, you would have a specific funnel

We have users. We want them to stay, upgrade, and spend more. You'd own the lifecycle, email flows, re-engagement, segmentation, figuring out why people churn and fixing it. If you've run retention for a subscription adult site im sure you know what I mean.

Communities, forums, Reddit, creator partnerships, that whole world. You know how to build a presence without getting banned and you understand the adult creator space. You'd handle influencer and affiliate creator relationships, referral program, and organic growth across platforms. If you've grown an adult brand through community rather than just paid you're who we're looking for.

Remote. Good pay. Performance upside. The space is growing fast and we're ahead of most of it.
