This. You have to develop, take vanilla and do a point better than the others and it still sells.
Seeing all the models I worked with getting managed by OF agencies it's always the same story, lot's of social media noise and teasers and the final product on fansites generic boring stuff in bad quality.
It's too much free glamour show and too less substance. Consumers still pay a lot for customs. Generic is almost dead.
The question about AI porn is if it's enough for consumers, for the ones who enjoy technical perfect artsyfartsy HQ stuff it will be for sure.
