Due to the fact that I’m ceasing my business activities (+18), I am selling :
[*] a French blog on sexuality and sex education (soft content), as well as exclusive video content (same theme as the blog) monetized through individual video sales (18+ content, accessible only after payment by credit card) (the soft blog indirectly and directly promoting +18 video content).
[*] Video content: over 4 hours of practical cases with actresses and more than 30 hours of theory (realistic sex toys, PowerPoints, PDFs, etc.).
[*] Annual traffic: on average 60,000 visitors per year (Less traffic this year; need to restart publishing posts on the blog)
[*] Revenue since end of 2017: €13,334.16 (total).
[*] Investments made: video content creation, extensive editing work, illustrations, Purchase of SEO links via a French platform etc.
[*] Does the buyer need to speak French? It is recommended! While the site administration can be in English (wordpress and amember), creating articles to feed the blog and potential interactions with clients are done in French.
