I used to believe managers were the ones who worked harder—showed up early, stayed late, respected customers, and actually gave a damn. I was wrong. Most managers are nothing more than obedient enforcers for the corporation, brown-nosing upward and punching downward. They don’t lead, they don’t serve—they exist to protect the company at all costs, even if that means abandoning basic integrity.
Beyond whatever corporate rules they’re required to enforce, most of them enjoy acting superior. They posture, look down on everyone else, and mistake a title for worth. It’s not authority—it’s arrogance. Strip away the badge and you’re left with self-important, upright cunts who get off on feeling above other people.
