We’re an OnlyFans management agency with 3 years in the industry aiming to go from $200k/mo to $1M/mo in 2026.

We’re looking for someone to own and run partnership-based traffic:

➤ SFS / shoutouts
➤ GG swaps
➤ GG purchases
➤ Paid promos
➤ Affiliate-style deals

This is hands-on.

You’ll be outreaching to possible partners, negotiating deals, running promos, tracking results, and scaling what works.

If you’ve never personally run shoutouts or traffic deals in the adult space, this is not for you.

What you’ll actually do:

➤ Find and close creator & page partnerships
➤ Run SFS, swaps, and paid promos end-to-end
➤ Negotiate prices, terms, and placements
➤ Track results (traffic, subs, ROI)
➤ Cut losers, scale winners
➤ Build simple systems so this runs consistently

You won’t “manage” people at first, you’ll execute, but eventually you'll have your own team.

We want:

➤ Real deal experience
➤ Comfort doing cold outreach and follow-ups
➤ ROI-focused mindset (numbers > feelings)
➤ Someone who works without babysitting
➤ Creator economy / adult traffic experience is a big plus.

We offer:

➤ 2500-3500 euros (gross) base + performance bonus
➤ Remote (with Sofia-based ops team long-term)
➤ Real ownership if you perform
