Have a friend who had a similar situation.... Same problem .. 2 kids, no way she could show her face... So I did suggest:
1) Find or hire a female or male model who does NOT mind showing a face ( males are cheaper but not as effective).

Why I said maybe a mask ?...the other option is: stretch string across the "stage" and set up the camera in a such a way, that the string is just above the upper edge of frame. Then make sure that all her "face" action stays above that string.
3) Set up " a stage". It could be a bed, a chair and a plant in her bedroom. or if she has basement even better. ;) If she does not have enough fantasy .. ask for help here ( or Google or Chat GPT some sub/dom scenario), Why I suggest sub/dom ( her being the dom) ?? : a) she does not have to do any fucking in case she has a male model or eat some chicks pussy, the sub will do it to her " below the string"..b) sub dom is one of the most popular genres.
