Hi guys, I’m looking for a traffic specialists with alternative adult experience in traffic acquision. It’s not a classic media buyer and not someone limited to Meta or Google experience. This is an early-stage adult streaming project and we’re specifically interested in people who know how to find, build, and launch traffic sources, not just optimize existing ones.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in alternative traffic, ideally with a background as:
- Webmaster
- Affiliate marketer
- Traffic arbitrage or CPA specialist
- Growth or traffic hacker in adult or grey niches

Relevant experience
- Adult, cam , dating traffic
- Pop , push , redirects , in-page
- Prelanders, funnels, cloaking
- Self-serve setups and non-standard flows

Role focus
- Generate traffic using non-mainstream sources
- Test hypotheses fast
- Find working angles and channels
- No expectation of instant scale – we care about real traffic

Format
- Test-based start
- Flexible setup: fixed + bonus OR performance-based
- Remote
- Long-term option if results are proven
