What's funny is he created the program but doesn't use it himself as he claims. He's expecting that we're to believe it was created to help smooth things over and give us the chance to completely ignore him and he us.
The underlying question is - with all his threats of violence etc. wouldn't it be reasonable to believe he can't be trusted to do the right thing so it's highly likely to get his "enemies" he creates a program we download to our computer thereby giving him access to our information or place a virus on our system??? He would love that - sudden access to all our personal information including banking etc. or crashing us. That seems more in character.
He even had AaronM supporting his software but when asked neither one had installed the software to their machine though Mindi said he would - he's still responding and AaronM went quiet not saying he has installed it either. Mindi won't install it because there is a strong chance a virus is on the software.
