I was diagnosed with stage 3 non-alcoholic cirrhosis in 2013. Only a few people knew how sick I was. It's a horrible disease as it progresses... for the past 2 years of it, I wasnt able to work at all and still YOU had no fucking idea. Covid pandemic took my wife's job so we lived on savings until my liver finally failed and I had to be flown to Portland for a liver transplant. I came out of that with total kidney failure and was on dialasys for MONTHS while recovering from the transplant as well. Sure, financial difficulty happens in things like that. Post it up I do not fucking care.
