Act 1 : First of all to answer to your question "Why did Cherry TV Fail like a rock?"

Indeed Cherry.tv is dead and buried ....bad management, wrong market time, end of the investment budget ....all of this plus maybe many other issues just us who were part of Cherry TEAM knows
Fail like a rock ??? Even for you is to much ...
- you got for maybe more than a year a non deserved payout for some services you only DREAM you provided + for 3-6 months a comission for reccomend me to them FROM MY SALARY as a beloved friend i was on those times
- For more than 5 years over 50 people get their salaries on time
- Cherry.tv had payouts and contest bonuses of milions to his partner studios, models and affiliates ..... It was everybody paid on time ? Ofcourse not ..... in any company ...small, big or super big in 5 years of activity there are bad moments as well

So it was not fail like a rock ...maybe like a super well done paper shining Jumbo Jet

Act 2 I will start by telling honest to everybody YOU MY OLD FRIEND AND ONE OF MY FIRST MENTORS was one of the best and most brilliant adult webmaster i meet in my humble 27 years of experience . Please acept my appologies BUT you WAS .... maybe till 2010 maximum .... AFTER that .... you simply had bad luck and you lose your compas ( i don't tell it was because of to much smoking , i don't tell it was from your single man life frustration in the porn industry - working in our industry and going home to nobody you can make sex it can become frustrating , i don't tell it was because you don't know to be friendly and sooner or later you are eated by your gossips and powerfull imagination , at the end it was simply happening and you become smaller and smaller , year after year , you forgot to keep track with the times and you isolate in your imaginary world )

Act 3 "The whole circus was run by a guy with the moral compass of a broken shopping cart"

YOU presenting me that guy ...my future boss ....only in good words , with high expectation for the future product Cherry.tv , Also YOU was the one who ask me a share of my sallary because you introducing me to it ...monthly not one time , YOU was with me in a bussines trip paid by that guy were we stay at a 4 star hotel close to a beach and also YOU was accepting for him to pay all our expenses , also YOU was the one asking him some money in advance for some personal issues in front of the Raddison hotel in Bucharest ...and he give it to you ....NOW after 3-4 years you speak about his moral compass ? Shame ....

1. Nobody have any proofs of him cheating his wife with a Romanian model ...and even so ..... going into another family life is not nice at all ....
2. The "Romanian model" you reffer ...it was not a model anymore , it was your co worker and YOU presented her to us
3. Hotel rooms - yes - when we was at some outside the country events the company paid our hotel rooms . Gold - in your imagination , presents - Cherry.tv made lot's of presents to their employees or partners - it's not a shame - presents are signs of apreciation ....you did't get because you don't deserve them . Car leasing of a Porche - again in your imagination , that girl had the car before ou introduce her to us + cars, planes , helicopters and aircraft carriers were between the only things Cherry.tv was not offering to anyone ...or THAT GUY ALONE

Come on ... only in your imagination and again you enter in a world were you don't have experience, succes or future .... once at few years i know you have a crush on a model, a porn actress or a simply working coleague ....and ofcourse you never had a chance with anyone of them and you start gossip about that LADY .... you always had zero respect for women or for private life concept because you never had them

Act4 ... 4 because 4 times in the last 19 years i helped you with a place to stay, friendship and moral support ....4 because 4 times in the last 19 years YOU FORGOT

This is me DANI ... model between 1998 and 2003 , studio owner between 2003 and 2017-18 , WANNA BE adult webmaster between 2005 and 2010 - Here i will say again THANK YOU HARRY ...I had the honor to get hundreds of free hours of teach me how i can become a succesfull affiliate ( YOU WAS ON THOSE TIMES between first 3 adult webmasters on this planet ) and it was only my lack of skills who stoped me, Retention Manager for Romania, Europe, Asia and Africa at Cherry.tv between 2020 and 2025 ....WERE I MUST TELL YOU AGAIN THANK YOU - YOU RECOMEND ME . It was my succes i did my job well so this why at one moment i stoped giving you comission from my sallary

I M PROUD to accept the fact i have some hobbies ...indeed from time to time i like to gamble , i also like to drink ( more often then from time to time ) , i also like to sleep/fuck/make love with models .... i will always respect them for this kind of oportunities ( if me or one of them or both of us are maried on that particular moment ...it's simply our business ) - I M AN 100% WOMEN AND SEX LOVER !

Now ... "shaking them down for cash" - what is wrong with you ??? You moved to another planet ? everyone of any sex somehow shaking down for cash somebody else or a company or whatever .... nobody beside miners can take money from the ground ...we live in a world of mixing pleasure with money .... when i meet you back in 2005 you had a platform and you were keeping 75% of the money from models ...it was shaking or what , from Cams.com you took hundred of thousands of dollars for your traffic ...it was shaking ?

I m very disapointed about the human rase when i see people acting like you ... SHAME

Act5 They pumped stupid amounts of money into overrated studios run by drunks and geniuses-in-their-own-minds, paying models by the hour just to sit online.

- at half of those overrated studios you were working for 1-6 months period of time
- run by drunks and geniuses-in-their-own-minds . Those studio managers you speak so bad about were payng you rents, sallary, food and even your smoking habbits
- paying models by the hour just to sit online. - here i agree with you ...it's a bad business model but the past is the past ...it is how it is , Cherry.tv was not the first company doing that and probably will be not the last

Act6 Staff blew the in-house budget pretending to be whales, tipping models to create the illusion that the site was some magical cash machine.

Again ..bad business practice BUT we/they did it on their own budget !!! No on your budget ...

Act7 They messed with staff pay, blackmailed them into accepting less… or else. Real motivational leadership.

blackmailed ??? again it's just in your imagination

Act8 At trade shows, they strutted around like they were the second coming of Steve Jobs. Spoiler: they weren’t.

Thank you . We were enjoyng all of them, we meet incredible nice people , we made good or bad business/partnerships, we had fun, we get drunk some times , we made a good impression most of the times....WHAT ABOUT YOU ? at how many trade shows you was feeling good ?

Act9

They partnered with criminals to open CherryTV studios and—shocker—stabbed them in the back too.

CSI ADULT INDUSTRY , detective Harry solve the puzzle , the bad guys paid the bill ...OR again our powerfull smoked imagination

Act10 and the last one . Harry i m really sorry about were life put you in the last years. I hope you will recover ...or not ...

You was pretending to work and you don't deliver more than 10% of what you was paid. You were fired ( in fact they resiliate the contract with your company ) ...you did't stepped off !!! Name with proofs a company or partner who was left by you ...just one .... everyone put you aside when you start TO BE YOU ...

I was working with them for almost 5 years and all of them from the owners to the cleaning lady who had a better sallary then myself ( inside company joke ) they are real people with real families who did in their life GOOD AND BAD DECISIONS, FACTS, BUSINESS ...
