Start with KVS (Kernel Video Sharing). It's a script for running a tube site. It will work as CMS for you (CMS stands for content management system). These guys will help you install the script and set up the content channels (they used to do it for free, too, not sure about now).
You will only need some very basic coding skills to insert the sponsors' code and things like that.
