As far as I know, EU affiliates still cannot get paid by bank wire. Cheques and US ACH are available but most EU affiliates can't use those.

This is correct, CCBill will only send cheques to us (affiliates), but we cannot get those processed! No bank here accepts them anymore. I even tried opening an international money bank account that accepts any currency deposits, but as soon as CCBill realise I'm in the UK they will not accept any bank account, only cheque payments.
On my network I'm no longer actively promoting pay sites that use CCBill. Not that it matters to them, but well, it's all I can do.
