* Due to the fact that I’m ceasing my business activities (+18), I am selling two french websites : a French blog on sexuality and sex education (soft content), as well as exclusive video content monetized through video sales (the soft blog indirectly promotes the 18+ content sales website).

* Video content: over 4 hours of practical cases with actresses and more than 30 hours of theory (audio explanations, videos on diagrams, realistic sex toys, PowerPoints, MP3s, PDFs, etc.).

* Annual traffic: on average 60,000 visitors per year.

* Revenue since end of 2017 (december) : €13,334.16 (total).

* Investments made: video content creation, extensive editing work, illustrations, etc.

* A niche with strong potential, but the site needs a bit of a reboot.

* Does the buyer need to speak French? It is recommended ! While the site administration can be in English (wordpress and amember.com), creating articles to feed the blog and potential interactions with clients are done in French.
