Are there any ExoClick representatives here?

Due to an error on ExoClick’s side, I’m facing a financial loss. The support team acknowledges the mistake but, for some reason, can’t resolve the issue.
Could you please tell me how I can contact someone above the support level or reach the publishers’ finance department to explain this ridiculous situation?
