Despite reading the book 'IT' years ago, and listening to audiobook a couple of times, I've never bothered with the films - Although I've seen clips of the Tim Curry 'classic' version and clips of the 2 recent Bill Skarsgård iterations, its never caught my imagination.
When it comes to entertainment, I don't mind graphic violence / gore, but I don't enjoy sudden loud noises / jump scares - So that kind of movie usually sits on the back burner for me. Sure I watched a few that are like that - But its not my first choice.
I liken that type of movie to a different genre of music so to speak - No issue with those who enjoy them, but just simply not for me...
But then I decided to give episode 1 of 'Welcome To Derry' a try! &... I'm Hooked! Wow! Really enjoyed it to be honest! Now, Im not deep into the lore of these films, but it was easy to follow, and I can't wait for next week's episode!
So, anyone else enjoy it / hate it? Fav parts? etc...
My fav part was the 'birth' in the car - That aroused me! I was watching on a black and white tv, and when it started bulging in her panties, I couldn't see Red, just Brown, & I thought that she was simply enjoying a nice big poo!
