the loyalfans support is generally very efficient and rapid replies, so hopefully youŽll get on well there...
they do not request model 2257, although they do expect you to have the ID & paperwork, in the case of DMCA request, report, or complaint.

Thank you Natalie for your help and ideas, yeah I got all my paperwork just a pain when you are trying to upload everything to have to go thru and do that, it slows everything down, Thanks again
