Hey everyone,

I’m talking here about legitimate websites - not pirated ones - whether they own the rights to their content or publish it as licensed partners/affiliates.
It seems like everyone complains about false DMCA claims, yet most people only file a counter-notice, which doesn’t really stop these companies from continuing to send false takedowns.

So why haven’t we heard of anyone in the industry actually suing them, even though there are penalties and compensation for such cases?

What do you guys think. Is it because it’s too complicated or not worth the effort?
