hope I'm not thread jacking but since by now Nikki has been able to pour herself a glass of the good stuff (enjoy gyal!), may I ask why
not drinking water would be a good thing?
have an unapologetic and intense love affair with water so deep that I wrote a whole damn thread about it, so obviously biased. but it also serves to boost energy/alertness and helps flush bad stuff out of the body through the kidneys. also helps keep the face from looking like a shed snake skin
avoiding water can't be for weight loss...anything lost to dehydration would just be gained back 'pon resuming intake. eating a slice of watermelon with a glass of water is a much better way to control water retention and balance electrolytes. plus organs need water to function at their best, at least as how I understand this stuff which is def not expert-level
I get why Nikki did it, she's a good Jew. unlike others here (ahem Eddy

)
just curious what possible upside there is to avoiding water aside from doing so for a relig reason? genuine question
