Living in Costa Rica, there were a few places people said that, after dark, you have a good chance of being robbed and murdered in parts of the city/country. The Coca-cola bus stop was one. There was another area beyond Mall San Pedro that was supposedly a totally lawless area.
A lot of us are rich(formerly rich haha) nerds who mostly work and live in nice neighbourhoods and are hardly, if ever, exposed to violence. Meanwhile, a lot of places around the world, violence is just a part of life. I've had a couple Brazilian girlfriends in my life and the stories they told of Brazil and Rio and the shit they witnessed... fucking insane. Can't blame my ex for dumping me and marrying a rich dude in a 6 months for citizenship.
So fucked up to be able to watch the video of Tube Ace getting killed. The other night when sleep eluded me, just staring at the ceiling envisioning what he was up to in Guatemala, what was he doing at midnight in that neighbourhood? No clear visions at all, but it start me wondering if I should code some sort of cams plugin, but then, who has the balls to code one when there is clearly a curse on webcam plugin app makers now!
If Tube Ace came to Kelowna to fight me, and if I had actually waited in the parking lot and hit him with my car and, later if I went to jail for it, my plea would be insanity due to feeling pressured by GFY peer pressure.
Bet I would have got fuck all like 6 months in the can tops for first offense and a ton of free publicity and Tube Ace would be alive today. GFY would have been spared so many drunk posts begging for money! Maybe he still is in some alternative universe. Maybe I should have hit him with my car.
