Well I a proud of you .. you understand part of the story .. that was not exactely like you describe regarding the delais but is was something special from gouvernement for particular Canada post office lock-out .. but yes she should upload is new Idea when she receive it .. and we do not get that problem the problem is they do not lets upload new document we send by email but please take a look ... of my next reply but you was wise wiredguy it close of what append
