I think that you will probably attract a handful of affiliates that know how to sell this content, but not more than that.
That's not a bad thing, most affiliate programs sustain on a handful of decent affiliates. I just wouldn't invest too much time on trying to appeal to "adult affiliates" in general.
My advice would be to have the affiliate functionality, but stay as lean and mean as possible and try not to waste time on the extras.
