Job Post: Reddit VA for Content Promotion (Adult Industry)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Reddit VA to help us promote content for an adult creator. This role is mainly about managing multiple Reddit accounts, posting content consistently, and following set procedures to get results.

What you’ll be doing:

Setting up and managing multiple Reddit accounts (with provided tools, proxies, etc.)

Posting and scheduling content across relevant NSFW subreddits

Using content provided to make posts look natural and engaging

Tracking post performance, engagement, and traffic generated

Following clear SOPs for account safety, post timing, and upvote boosting

Staying up to date with subreddit rules to avoid bans

Reporting daily/weekly results to the team

6 hours a day managing reddit accounts

What we’re looking for:

Experience with Reddit (posting, commenting, understanding subreddit dynamics)

Previous VA or social media management experience is a plus

Comfortable working in the adult industry (gay creator content)

Strong attention to detail — you’ll be handling multiple accounts and must follow exact processes

Good written English for captions and light interactions

Able to work independently and follow instructions without cutting corners

Nice to have (not required):

Experience using scheduling tools or proxies

Knowledge of Reddit NSFW community culture

Basic design skills for cropping/adjusting photos (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)

What you’ll get:

Reliable, long-term work if you perform well

$5/hour initially and bonuses based on performance
