we're coming out of a pretty bad recession, at least for our industry. gone are the days when a producer will throw a grand at you for a batch of banners. every dollar has to be justified and accounted.
there's no chance of anyone with less than a PhD working for a Chinese AI company. elementary school kids in China have expert level AI prompt skills. plus you need to be pretty good at a Chinese dialect if you want to understand the work.
INDEED shows quite a few results for "ai designer" and "remote". there's even some requests for "roblox game designer" which my teen kid can do.
