The admin panel gives you full control - if you don’t want a link or category to move, simply lock it in place, even while the zipf ranking system dynamically adjusts the rest.

This means if you want a specific site to be ranked #1 in any category, while the rest adjust dynamically based on clicks and popularity over time, you can do that
