checked out the gfm link in your sig and damn, so sorry you've been through all that. a significant health event can def cause everything to collapse frighteningly quickly, esp when income source is gone and mental health starts to spiral. you must feel like you're really fighting uphill on every front right now
trust that this too shall pass. you were doing fine before this event, and you will do fine again
