You need lots and lots of accounts to post many videos. The algorithm will only push 1-2 a day if you have a new account. Even with older accounts it may not push more than that. And creating new accounts is not that easy. You have to find ways around their spam filters which are pretty good.
So yes technically it's possible. You may be the lucky one who poops out a VEO 3 video and bam it's a smash hit. But chances are you are the 999/1000 of other guys who do the same thing and get nowhere.

PS, immediately yapping about multiple accounts like any old adult webmaster spammer is a good indicator of why you have issues. Why are you looking at something you can do on one account and immediately trying to figure out how to scam your way into bullshit traffic? How about make things people like.
