I used ChatGPT to explain many things I've been curious about like I'm 5 and it does a great job.
I even asked it to explain to me like I'm 2, and explained to me like I'm a fetus. And even asked it to explain to me like I'm still a sperm in a scrotum and, honestly, I could learn anything like this. ChatGPT rocks.
