exactly my point.... someone may be able to buy something (like GFY) but the outside factors that contribute to the overall success of it cannot be bought. Nor can reputation. If Rich bought oprano, sure.... he's the new owner of Oprano, but he'll never be Serge. That goes a long way toward the success or failure of the buy.
