Is the person who reported her dead really a family member? No.

She has been spotted at least 3 times since originally being reported as missing. So yes she is alive.

Is she in legal trouble? No.
A family member lost contact with her and reported that she was missing out of concern.

Is she pregnant?
Unknown. Some say she appears to be 5 or 6 months pregnant but I honestly don't know if that is true.
