We took over the FA page in early January. A small caveat: it had zero operators before we came on board. It was essentially untouched.
Here's what we did:
Introduced new subscription tiers - both higher and lower prices - to attract a wider range of users.
Systematized the sale of sexting, characters, and content drops/releases.
Implemented structured FUP posting (see screenshots for BEFORE and AFTER results)
Started building audience segmentation, building loyalty and turning casual users into regular users.
End result: x2 revenue in less than 90 days. Continuing to scale.
Curious, what's working best for you right now when it comes to increasing subscriptions or boosting sales on Fansly?
