My opinion is that you would be a dope for spending $4 Million on a Bugatti Tourbillion.
If you really want to impress, invest the $4 Million into a high-yield savings account or fixed deposit at a bank with a safe, stable, boring, annual interest rate, and share the monthly interest with Huggles. This would earn him a good $5k or $6k per month getting him off his feet, and you would come out hundreds of thousands of dollars richer after only 5 years. You would still have your original $4 Million too, and best off all, you won't have golddiggers lying to you all day long.
