Canadian laws
Does anyone know if there are any laws pertaining to adult websites? Other then the obvious about CP, what is the stance about diclaimers, proof of age, release forms, etc??? I searched the justice dept. website and nothing is available. I know for a fact the Canadian govt is years behind when it comes to netlaw and takes a very liberal approach. Hence... the Liberal govt. All we have to do is call it art these days.
There must be some sort of rules for inertnet exclusively?
