what brad doesn't get is the sad part is, I could actually buy a 1/2 million dollar house..... (without a mortage)- and a 1/2 million dollar house HERE would be 3X larger than Brad's house due to real estste prices here....hell I own a quarter million dollar cottage as well. I just don't want a bigger house........rather retire sooner.
