What i don't understand is if it was Legal Before to sell it,
then all of a sudden one day it becomes illegal, You could goto jail for it?
I been to a resturant that had these water pipes that you can buy to smoke this fruity tobacco. so i am guessing technically its not all used to smoke drugs with
well from now on, i think i am gonna block anything going or comming from Pennsylvania. They seem to be the place to catch a federal lawsuit
