they actually admitted that they were down until around noon today... which means about roughly 11 hours. But two hours after that, MY shit was still not up. And of course, it's MY fault for being an ignorant customer. A fucking wire must've fallen out of my fucking computer..... jesus christ.
Well, after the fucking phone died, dashing all my hopes of speaking to yet another imbecile at the 'Help Desk'... I spit on the palms and dug in even deeper.... whatever the fuck they did when they went down last night, fucking fried one of my routers.
Word to the wise: Never EVER call an ISP and mention you have their connection channeled through a router.... the idiot factor increases 1000 fold the instant you do. It's like, they never heard of such a thing before. Router? Well.... I don't know anything about this "router" you speak of.....
