I suppose the sad thing is that 98% of the people calling that line would look in the back of their computer and say 'Uh, duuuhhh. Yeah, looks like the wire got pulled out. How do I put it back in??'
The ignorance of the common home computer user astounds me sometimes.
They need special help lines for those of us who aren't that retarded.
