If they uphold the Texas law, well we are all fucked. AVS will spread like a fungus with bilateral support from both Dems and Republicans. These bills are already getting bilateral support.
If FSC wins, most of these AVS laws will either be invalidated or will not be enforced, depending on the language of the bill.
If FSC wins it will be impossible for anyone to ban or outlaw porn if AVS is declared unconstitutional.
