I did ask support for a refund. But they fixed it for me saying it won't happen again.

did you verify your site? they added this a while back each site needs to be verified.
also you will not a reply from support, ive sent tickets, never answered this is going back a couple months, to a year, to a couple years.
they have even admitted to not having any support staff, and no plans for one.
they dont even reply to pre sales questions. so i doubt you will get your refund.
best to do is chargeback with paypal, or credit card. thats the only way you will get a refund im afriad.
also ive never seen the locked text on any of the sites thats a new one.
if you want to take a look at one of my themes, it works with wp-script, but doesnt require it, and has better design than wp-script does.
