There is a very real soul rot in normal human beings.
I've seen regular University kids that had been straight A students and were well-adjusted turn into drug zombies in a year after being in Vancouver.
I just takes a couple of mistakes during some hard times to end up on drugs and fucked up, the dealers make huge money, the poverty pimps, and everyone is there to take advantage of these people in any way they can.
Not to mention how many construction workers get injured, then take painkillers to keep working, and after a number of years they need something stronger, and eventually end up hooked, unable to work, and end up bounced down there...
The government does so much social engineering for people to think that anyone that ends up a drug addict is a complete waste of a person and if they die, they not only deserve it, but
good.
If Jordan Peterson wasn't rich, he would have ended up in the downtown eastside. Benzos are crazy addictive.
