that's actually more dangerous if what I'm guessing is true, due to massive electrolyte imbalance that has a tendency to stop hearts, along with the drastic consistent weight loss
what she's feeling right now whatever the form of her ED:
-needs to hold on to railings to walk up stairs
-gets dizzy walking up or downstairs
-can't walk in bare feet due to the pain of having no flesh on the bottoms of her feet
-spends half her day measuring the circumference of her thighs
-constant pain trying to sleep as her bones grind into each other on even the softest mattress
-constant state of starvation euphoria that makes her mind race then shut off and unable to think. it's that high that gets one hooked

it's a progressive thing, untreated it will not resolve itself or stabilize. it will just get worse
