Have you considered buying a standing desk?
I basically don't get fatter or skinnier no matter how much I pig out, exercise, sit around doing nothing, or diet, I yo-yo like 10-15 lbs.
I did do low-carb once and lost a bunch of weight but I started bonking out real hard where my brain was zonked out from no carbs.
