Yes, I meant going from low-carb to fasting is much easier than going from a normal diet to fasting. The carbs make your body addicted to garbage.
For most people, it's very very difficult for them to do low-carb. It's not a big deal for me because I don't eat all that garbage to begin with. ;-)
