theres a difference between shoplifting and downloading songs... when you shoplift, you know its risky case someone is probably watching, whereas when you download no one is watching. or at least no one was watching until now.
sure my mom told me not to shoplift, but she knew nothing about computers and mp3s, how in the world was she supposed to tell me downloading songs was the same thing as shoplifting? she thought it was fun that i could download songs i had just heard on the radio. it was either that or i taped the songs when they played on the radio.
back in the napster days, i think no one really cared. downloading with napster was a real joke, you could download entire albums with ease and everyone who had internet did it.
so i guess we were all dumb and you the smart one.
