I am only going to take a few minutes out of my day to go over this just so that the people can get the facts straight.
Normally I don?t post to the boards that often but I will make an exception today just to show the people what a complete and total fraud you are.
First off Joe why don?t you stop lying to these people and tell them the truth?
1. I never called you an asshole
2. I handled this entire issue like a professional until you attempted to intimidate & threathen me.
3. If you had handled this issue like a professional instead of like a little child making a bunch of wild accusations we wouldn?t even be discussing this issue.
So what is this about Joe?
Is this about you trying to bash other content producers to make yourself look good when both you and I know exactly what type of business person that you are?? Don?t forget that I?ve been in this biz a very long time and the reason that I usually don?t do business with you is that your reputation as being unethical and professional precedes you.
As an issue of fairness to you I opted to do business with you after that little ?temper tantrum? you had earlier this year with Lykos from Europe Content?..
Is it just me or does it seem like what you are trying to pull now has gotten to be your standard operating procedure for how you run your business?
You?re neurotic, paranoid, or most likely both. By your own admission you never even looked at the video footage before you claimed that we were trying to rip you off.

Anyway....I am going to get back on with my day and just for the record after this I am NOT going to refund your money simply because you just can't be trusted....You lied to all of these people and since you have the tape as well as the ID's and releases filled out on your company paperwork I most certainly couldn't trust you not to sell the footage.
