Over course there have been many busts over the past ten years...and businesses shut down over the past ten years...strip clubs...adult stores...etc. which do not even compare to hardcore.
All of the "vices" are regulated and policed...alcohol...tabacco...drugs...gambling...p rostitution...so what would make you think that porn wouldn't be...since it always has been.
