What helps a little for me is taking codeine and then strapping tight a belt around my head, sounds dumb, but helps alleviate that feeling of my head splitting open.
Next one I get, I'm going to be trying some Oxycontin, see how that works out.

You think so huh?  You have obviously NEVER experienced a sinus infection like I have had! On top of the excruciating pain, having your nose bleed and can't even open your eyes... I wished I was dead at times.
