A sinus headache is nothing compared to a migraine, I get them about 3-4 times a year, excruciating pain, kind of feels like your brain cracking open your skull, extreme sensitivity to light, smell and taste, Just sipping on some water can make it worse.
What helps a little for me is taking codeine and then strapping tight a belt around my head, sounds dumb, but helps alleviate that feeling of my head splitting open.

Next one I get, I'm going to be trying some Oxycontin, see how that works out.
