I'm allergic to sulfur and penicillin... not much I can take, but when I get one, my eyes hurt, head hurts all the way to the back of my neck, sides etc. All the pressure also makes me very tired. Staring at my monitor is grueling. Only thing that really helps is darkness, sucking on ice cubes and anything cold on my head.

A sinus headache is nothing compared to a migraine, I get them about 3-4 times a year, excruciating pain, kind of feels like your brain cracking open your skull, extreme sensitivity to light, smell and taste, Just sipping on some water can make it worse.
What helps a little for me is taking codeine and then strapping tight a belt around my head, sounds dumb, but helps alleviate that feeling of my head splitting open.
Next one I get, I'm going to be trying some Oxycontin, see how that works out.
